*Job Summary:*
We are looking for an experienced *Branding Manager* to lead our branding efforts within the PAGCOR-licensed online casino sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in branding and marketing specific to the local Philippines market, with over 5 years of experience in similar roles. This role requires exceptional skills in event planning and execution, a strong understanding of corporate social responsibility (CSR), and the ability to develop and implement effective branding strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Develop and lead the execution of comprehensive branding strategies to enhance brand recognition and loyalty within the PAGCOR-licensed online casino market.
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of branding campaigns and events, both online and offline, to effectively reach target audiences.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including marketing, public relations, advertising, and social media, to ensure cohesive and impactful branding efforts.
- Conduct market research to identify key industry trends, competitive activities, and customer insights, using this data to inform and refine branding strategies.
- Direct the creation and production of marketing materials, including digital and print content, ensuring all assets are consistent with the brand's identity and values.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all platforms and communications. - Develop and implement CSR initiatives that reflect the company’s brand values and contribute to community development and engagement.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on brand performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in branding, marketing, and CSR.
